Gohan is a sushi catering and pop up bar business in Minneapolis that focuses on intentional and thoughtful gatherings, whether it's at a private event or a farmers market. Not only do they produce great food, but they also put a lot of attention in all the details so that the overall experience is entertaining and beautiful, from beginning to end. For their branding, simplicity was key and we ended up creating a brand that was modern and bold, reflected in the typography, as well as warm and welcoming, reflected in the creamy neutrals and fish illustration.
